CrossFit

We offer CrossFit for kids, teens, college age, and families.  

CrossFit for KIDS is a structured one hour class taught by a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer who is also certified in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Weightlifting. This class consists of a warm-up, skill work, active games, and a workout. In these classes children learn simple bodyweight movements such as air squats, push-ups, handstands, pull-ups, and many more. They will also be introduced into a barbell through PVC pipes, they will learn correct form for the clean and jerk, snatch, deadlift, bench press, squat, and many more. The children will slowly start to add weight on their bars as they get stronger and have good form.  

CrossFit for TEENS is a structured one hour class taught by a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer who is also certified in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Weightlifting. This class is a competitive class which consists of a warm-up, skill work, and a workout. The athletes in this class must be able to pay attention, listen, and follow instructions. In this class they will benefit from moving a barbell, their bodyweight, and enduring strenuous metabolic conditioning. The athletes in this class will have a full hour of nonstop work. With this being said we encourage these athletes to eat plenty of calories and drink plenty of water because of the amount of calories they will expend during the class.  
*This class is mainly a group of teenagers, we let the teenagers choose the music and conversate freely with their peers while at the same time maintaining an expectation of their behavior based on their age. When deciding if this class is for your child please take into consideration that this is a teenage class.

CrossFit for COLLEGE age students is much like the CrossFit for teens. A one hour structured class taught by a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer who is also certified in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Weightlifting. It consists of a warm-up, skill work, and a workout.

CrossFit for FAMILIES is a one hour structured class taught by a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer who is also certified in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Weightlifting. This class usually consists of a warm-up, skill work, game, and workout. The goal of this class is to create a stronger family bond through fitness.

**Every class is scalable, if you have a teenager but they are out of shape, they can still join the teenage class but we will scale the complex movements to their abilities. This is the same with every one in every class, we work hard but we also like to have fun. Everyone must be able to get along with each other because we consider ourselves a community. Competing is not for everyone but we do offer the opportunity if the skill, interest, and work ethic are there.
